A suite of 3 bathrooms in this 1970’s home were in desperate need of a face lift.

MONARC started with functional reconfiguration, then moved on to aesthetic upgrades in order to restore balance and enhance future resale value.  The Main and Master bathrooms were disproportionately sized, so we stole space from the over-sized Main Bath to create a more expansive Master.

We enhanced the perceived value of the home by treating the 3 rooms as a suite, with continuity in finishes and fixtures. The Powder Room showcases subtle yet stunning patterned wall covering. The Main Bath is simple, functional and a new glass shower door lets the natural light in. The Master Bath is the true gem, with spacious walk-in shower, back-lit mirror, and large porcelain tiles wrapping the heated floor and walls.
